Recommended TOU Format

The STOUI recommends TOU’s be formatted:

1. with a “TOU type” designation at the top of each TOU ( Professional Designer Use TOU; Personal Use TOU; Professional Scrapper/Crafter TOU, etc.)
2. with the product name, designer, and website information included at the top
3. with a specific example offered when designer credits are a part of the TOU
4. with each contract element in a paragraph section of it’s own aligned directly next to the STOUI icon that best fits the text
5. with specific examples to clarify any “limited options” and/or any “not allowed” used

• It is also recommended that you display your STOUI on your website and link to it from your product sales pages buys have an opportunity to review it before making their purchases.
