We Are Almost To The Starting Line!

This past couple of weeks had the team working overtime to get things added to the website so we could do an official launch.  We are so close the starting line that I’m feeling confident now we’re ready to move this initiative forward with a big splash!

With only 3 more things to load on the site, there’s really no need to delay any further.  This week we’ll be adding a Screencast video to go along with the other training material on creating secure TOU’s.  We’ll be adding a page about our TOU recommendations, and we’ve also just about finished putting the final touches on the TOU template package.  These will be provided as downloads like all the other FREE goodies.

Big Job Ahead of Us!

DSD-Pro / STOUI volunteers:  We have a big day in front of us. There’s tons more to install and not much time to get ‘er done. I appreciate all that you’ve accomplished already.

Let’s give it a big push today and see if we can do an official launch Friday morning!

I’m excited! You all have done great things and I’m looking forward to what the STOUI has to offer to our community.

More Content to Add Today

We’ll be adding the rest of the General Info pages this morning and the Training Pages this afternoon.

When I get the thumbs up on the server test — I’ll add the downloadble items… that will be either this evening or tomorrow morning.  What say you Greg?  Are we there yet?

Downloads are Ready to Install - Server Isn’t

Quick update for anyone keeping tabs on us.

– We’ve got most of the training materials and the icon packets ready to install so folks can download them.

– Finishing up on the server prep today.  Will test tomorrow and be ready to rock-n-roll by end of week.

– More content due to load this week as well.  Should have all pages loaded Thursday evening.

Finished Blog and List Form

– All blog settings are in place now

– Aweber list in place along with the form for participant sign up (the actual support list page not loaded yet)

– Finished initial thank you pages too - PChip take a look and let me know of any needed changes

– RSS feeds in place

>> Still need to get stats info loaded correctly.
—- They are currently feeding off the dsd-pro site.  Do we want that?  Or should we change it?

Please excuse our mess.

We got the website configured and ready for content yesterday.  So now we are extremely busy trying to get the pages loaded and the downloadable files installed.

Estimated date for completion is 20 September 2007.
