Interview with Digi-Scrap Entrepreneur Trish Frye

Trish Frye is the owner of a business blog called Digital Scrapbooking at Marketing Mainstay. She uses this blog to offer general information and product reviews to digital scrapbook hobbyists. She’s also recently launched a new online directory for digi-scrapbook websites that can help website owners rank higher in search engines by encouraging your website visitors to “vote” for your site once you’re in the directory listing. It’s called Simply Scrappin Sites and it’s a service that’s provided free of charge with a simple ad swap agreement. Trish is now looking to expand her consulting career by creating online tutorials that teach marketing concepts to digi-scrappers who have a web presence.

In this podcast interview, Trish tells us her take on the importance of time management and the need to dedicate a significant amount of time to your business. She says as an “information provider” her blog is an invaluable business tool she simply can’t live without.  Her advice includes telling new entrepreneurs to start off right by getting a grip on where you fit into the industry and Trish also encourages digi-scrap professionals to actively pursue conversation marketing and social marketing as well.
