Telling You About New Things at DSD-Pro!

If you are new to DSD-Pro, Welcome. If this is a return visit, then you may be surprised to find things looking a bit different. I wanted to take a minute first thing this morning to tell you about the newness of our site.

First off, obviously we have a new color scheme and layout. The colors are brighter and lighter. The layout is streamlined. Our new logo is fresh and easier to read. We hope you like the changes.

This theme is not just brighter but it also offers our IT staff more functionality and less hassles. :D Which are both big time savers! When you are running a business blog time is everything. So every little minute you can shave off your mundane tasks, the better.

You can still subscribe to our RSS feed by using the big orange button in the top right corner of your screen. If you prefer, to get your updates via web mail, then you can subscibe using the text field just under the RSS feed! Simply type in your email address, click the “Send Updates” button and you’ll get notified as we add new content to the site. By the way, we totally respect your privacy and don’t share your email information with anyone at anytime!

From anywhere on the site, you can click on our logo at the top of the page to quickly return to our home page or use the “Home” link located just below the banner. This is also where you’ll find a handy row of links to pages we think would be helpful to our readers.

Just under those spiffy links you’ll find an announcement box. this is where we’ll be telling you about the current blog carnival we’ve got in the works, or other news we want to make sure you don’t miss out on!

In the right hand column we added a new text block at the top that will lead you to pages in our website that give you a clearer understanding of who’s behind the scenes and what services / products we’re currently offering. This list is still growing too!

Speaking of products – we tickled to tell you that we have a new special report to offer you when you sign up for our Business Report! The 50+ Ways to Make Money in the Digi-Scrap Industry report is a follow up to our series about career paths for digital scrapbookers. Our Business Reports are delivered to your email twice a month and provide you will a wealth of information to help you be successful in your digi-scrapping businesses. Be sure to pick up both these FREE offerings right away!

Just under the sign up form is where you’ll find a list of our category tags, links to most recent article entries, and see who’s been visiting DSD-Pro. We’ve also used this area to provide easy access to some of the products and services we use and highly recommend to other digi-scrap professionals.

Something we hope you’ll take special note of is the little green “share this” bookmarking tool we have at the bottom of every post and every page on our website. Please take the time to click on it and add our information to your favorite sites like del-icio-us, digg, technorati, stumble upon, reddit, or any others you use. Everytime you share our articles with someone else using this bookmarking widget – you’re helping other digi-scrappers and us. So take a minute to spread the love, please. You can also use this tool to email the article to a friend!

We have a few more graphics and pages to upload througout this week. Other than that, I do believe that’s about wraps it up for this update on the newness found all over the place here at DSD-Pro. We’re really starting to get some great momentum now and look forward to providing you with more and more great content, services, and products.
