2. How are the training materials presented?
Materials are presented in an interactive learning environment and in multiple media formats to instruct you in how you can build your own businesses and how to attract/retain customers. Courses include an online presentation, downloadable pdf files, and audio podcasts. Lessons may also include video or slideshow presentations and optional live events as well. Every course has an online classroom available for staying in contact with instructors and fellow students.  Interactive training programs allow instructors and learners to make adjustments based on the feedback of students.

3. How long does it take to complete the courses?
Although each course description tells you the number of lessons and the delivery schedule, the learning is generally self-paced. Even after you have worked through the lessons you have access to the online classrooms where you can continue your training for as long as you wish. This resource offers you continued information as new students enroll and participate. Instructors remain available to students so as things change in this fast growing Internet world we live in, instructors add more information and continue to provide assistance.   As more students enroll and share in the studies the better the content becomes.
