Digi-Scrap Business Challenge - Day 10
By PChip | Category: Business Management |Sorry I’m so late in getting this posted out today. It’s been one of those types of Mondays. ROFLOL
Today’s Business Tip:
Branding your company CORRECTLY is a business move that can put you ahead of your competition, no matter how small your digi-scrap company may be. Good branding has long-term results of a brand that is preferred, a customer base that is loyal, and increased profits for you, the small business owner. Poor business branding can leave you without much of a business at all.
Your Digi-Scrap Business Mini-Tasker:
Read the first part of my Business Branding Series and write out the answers to the business questions presented. See if you learn anything new about where you are heading with your business.
I will give you full instructions in the two-part series on how to do just that. For today, the mini-tasker is simply to answer the questions and see what you learn about your own company.

Tip for Day 10: Creating a succesful enterprise needs a whole range of skills. From creative talent, to marketing knowledge, to accounting accuracy and more, the demands upon a sole business owner can be immense and diverse.
Do not be afraid to try on each of the “hats” required, but also do not be afraid to find someone else to help with those that don’t fit comfortably.
Do what you love, do what comes easily - and get the rest farmed out to someone you can trust and shares the same level of quality that you demand from yourself.
Don’t let the mind-numbing effects from doing the parts you hate ruin the enjoyment you get from the others.
David, Thanks for offering some more business tips. I especially appreciate the one about outsourcing. This is one way to make sure the 80/20 rule is followed and keeps me on track! Couldn’t make it w/out my VA’s!
